Huge panicles of deeply scented double-white blooms and a hint of pink in the centre.  These were developed nearly 100 years ago as the first fully white and non-suckering lilac. So far, there is little competition as white lilacs go. They create a beautiful contrast next to a purple lilac! 1-gallon pot. Zone 2/3
 
Lilacs have come a long way since those invasive (though beautifully scented) common lilacs from years past.  Now you can have a gorgeous lilac in a variety of colours that will provide the same wonderful smell!   Lilacs are one of the best attractants for pollinators!!
 
All lilacs can be allowed to grow in a shrub form or pruned into a tree form.  Your choice!
